摘要
柳州三胞国际广场2#楼属于超A级高度高层建筑,为框架-核心筒结构体系。采用SATWE和PMSAP两种软件进行了弹性计算,并对核心筒内剪力墙布置进行了经济性比较分析。计算结果表明,结构的周期比、层间位移角等指标均满足规范要求。采用性能化设计方法保证了主要构件在中震和大震作用下的性能要求。采用SAUSAGE软件进行动力弹塑性分析,保证了结构大震不倒。通过概念设计和计算分析,对关键构件进行了适当加强。通过以上措施,结构抗震性能达到既定目标,结构安全可靠。
No.2 tower of Liuzhou Sanpower International Plaza is a high-rise building exceeding A-level height requirement of codes.It adopts frame-corewall structural system.Programs of SATWE and PMSAP were used to conduct the elastic calculation under the frequent earthquakes,and economy caused by different layout of shear wall in the corewall were compared.Results show that,period ratio and interlayer displacement angle of the structure meet specification requirements.Performance-based design method was adopted to ensure the performance requirements of main components under fortification and rare earthquakes.SAUSAGE software was used to conduct the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis to ensure that the structure would not collapse under rare earthquake.Based on the concept design and calculation results,the key components were properly strengthened.Through above measures,the structural seismic performance can reach the appointed objective,and the structure is secure and reliable.
