关于框架-抗震墙结构中框架部分地震倾覆力矩计算问题的讨论

Discussion on calculation of seismic overturning moment of frame in frame-wall structures

业内对框架-抗震墙结构中框架部分地震倾覆力矩是按《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)给定的公式计算还是按力学方法计算存在一些不同看法,鉴于此,对框架-剪力墙结构中需要控制框架部分地震倾覆力矩的来龙去脉进行解剖,并对上述两种计算方法进行了详细讨论,最后对框架-剪力墙中框架部分地震倾覆力矩的计算方法给出建议,即应按《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB 50011—2010)给定的公式计算。

There are some different opinions on whether the overturning moment of frame in frame-wall structure is calculated according to the formula given by the Code for seismic design of buildings(GB 50011—2010)or by the mechanical method.In view of the above situation,the ins and outs pertaining to seismic overturning moment of frame in frame-wall structures which needs be controlled were dissected,and the above two calculation methods were discussed.Finally,some suggestions for the calculation method with regard to the seismic overturning moment of the frame part were provided.It was suggested that the seismic overturning moment of the frame part can be calculated according to formulas in Code for seismic design of buildings(GB 50011—2010).
