Structural design of the hotel in Zhengrong Fortune Center

摘要 正荣财富中心酒店塔楼结构高度175.74m,采用框架-核心筒体系,塔楼建筑立面从11层至23层连续斜向收进,形成6根长47m的斜柱。主要针对结构的特点以及超限情况,对结构进行整体设计与分析并提出相应抗震措施,以确保结构的安全可靠性和经济性。首先对结构进行小震弹性反应谱分析和大震动力弹塑性分析。除此之外,对超长斜柱进行稳定性和承载力分析,并对斜柱关键节点进行有限元分析。结果表明,结构各项指标均满足规范要求和预设性能目标。 The main tower of Zhengrong Fortune Center with the structural height of 175.74 m adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tube structural system.The continuously oblique setback in building elevation from 11 to 23 floors forms six oblique columns with the length of 47 m.With the consideration of the structural characteristics and the out-of-code properties,the integrated design and analysis of the structure were carried out and the corresponding seismic measures were put forward to guarantee the reliability and economics of the structure.First,the elastic response spectrum analysis under frequent earthquake and dynamic elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquake of the structure were conducted,followed by the stability analysis and ultimate bearing capacity analysis of super-long oblique column.Finally,the finite element analysis of the key joint of oblique column was also carried out.The results indicate that all indexes meet the code requirements and predetermined performance targets.
