某超高层剪力墙住宅结构设计

摘要 某住宅工程主体高度为139.8m,为高度超限结构。本文重点介绍了设计的基本流程,包括荷载及关键参数取值、双模型静力弹性设计、静力时程分析、静力弹塑性分析,对典型的计算结果进行了数据分析,对薄弱部位的楼板进行了应力分析,并总结了针对超限项目采取的加强措施。该项目已经通过抗震设防专项审查,可作为类似工程参考。 The main height of the residential project is 139.8 m,which is a highly over-limit structure.The basic process of design,including load and key parameter values,multi-model static elastic design,static time-history analysis,pushover analysis,was introduced in detail.The data analysis of typical calculation results was carried out.The stress analysis of the floor slab in the weak part was carried out.And the strengthening measures taken for the out-of-limit project were summarized.This project has passed the special review of seismic fortification and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
