摘要
深圳某斜柱转换超限工程地上21层,主体结构高度96.6m,采用框架-核心筒结构体系,底部2层设置6组M形斜柱转换做法。本文首先结合地质条件介绍了项目的地基基础设计要点。随后,系统介绍了项目的上部结构选型方案及型钢设置方案。同时,对塔楼的不规则判别过程和设计选用的性能化设计方法进行了具体陈述。最后,对M形斜柱转换对应的具体计算措施和设计措施进行了重点介绍。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的计算措施和设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。
An inclined column transfer overrun project in Shen Zhen with the height of 96.6 m and 21 floors on the ground,uses the frame-core tube structure system,sets up six groups of M-shaped inclined columns on the bottom two floors.Firstly,combined geological condition,the foundation selection of the main structure is explained in this paper.Secondly,we introduce the structural system selection and set up merchant steel scheme of the project.At the same time,we state the irregular discrimination process of tower and performance design methods are described particularly.Finally,specific calculation and design measures corresponding to the transformation of M-shaped inclined columns are emphatically presented.Researches and design results show that,by using reasonable computational measures and design measures,the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled,and structural calculation indexes can match the requirements of the standards.The structure is safe,reliable and the structural design is feasible.
