摘要
上海某高层建筑结构高度28m,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。该工程为超限高层,存在扭转不规则、平面凹凸不规则、楼板局部不连续、侧向刚度不规则等不规则项。针对结构体系的特点,采用SATWE,ETABS软件对结构进行了反应谱分析、多遇地震下的弹性时程分析及罕遇地震下的静力弹塑性分析,并根据软件分析结果采取了相应的加强措施,包括增大层间剪力、提高体型收进部位抗震等级、增大首层柱配筋率等。结果表明各项分析指标均满足规范要求,结构具有良好的抗震性能。
A tall building in Shanghai has a structural height of 28 m,and it adopts the structural system of reinforced concrete frame structure.This building is an out-of-code tall building and has irregular torsion,irregular plane,discontinuous floor,irregular lateral stiffness and other irregular items.According to the characteristics of the structural system,response spectrum analysis,elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake and elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquake were carried out by SATWE and ETABS.The strengthening measures were taken according to the analysis results,including increasing interlayer shear,seismic grade of shrink position and reinforcement ratio of column in first floor.The results show that all analysis indexes meet the requirements of codes and the structure has good seismic performance.
