Structural design of Luohe Citizens Home

漯河市民之家是一综合性行政服务办公建筑。整体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,采用桩基础。楼盖为现浇钢筋混凝土结构。该结构存在楼板弱连接、大跨度、大悬挑、穿层柱、树形分叉柱、平面超长等不规则类型。从结构体系与布置、不规则类型分析、结构设计措施、抗震分析及温度应力分析等方面进行介绍分析。

Luohe Citizens Home is an administrative service building.The whole structure of the building is a kind of RC frame-shear wall structure system and the pile foundation is applied.Cast-in-situ RC beam-slab structure is adopted in the floor system.The structure is a high-rise building with some irregular characteristics such as weak floor connection,long-span beam,long cantilever beam,slender column,Y shaped column and super-long plan.The structural system and layout,the irregularity evaluation,the main design measures and the seismic and thermal stress analysis were presented.
