摘要
长春空港新区某规划展览馆本项目地下1层,地上4层,结构屋面高度30.1m,采用钢结构框架-混凝土剪力墙结构体系,项目地上建筑面积为31821.49m2。首先结合建筑方案特点说明了主体结构的体系选型方案。随后对主体结构进行了超限判别,并依据判别结果系统介绍了针对扭转不规则、楼板不连续、穿层柱、斜柱等3项一般不规则项的处理措施。最后对结构性能化设计相关的内容进行了系统介绍。研究及设计结果表明,通过合理的设计措施,原结构的不规则性问题得到合理处置,结构各项计算指标可以较好地满足规范要求,结构设计安全、可靠,设计可行。
A planning exhibition hall in Changchun Airport Economic Development Zone,with 1 floors below the ground and 4 floors above the ground,is a 30.1-metre-high building,whose structural system type is steel frame-shear wall structure system.The construction area of the building above the ground is 31821.49 m2.Firstly,the selection process of structural system type about the main structure according to the characteristics of the architectural scheme was introduced.Secondly,the out-of-code judgement was carried out,and then the countermeasures for the out-of-code characteristics,such as irregular torsion,discontinuous floor slab,skip-floor column,inclined column and so on,were introduced in detail.Finally,the performance-based structure design was systematically introduced.The research and design results show that according to reasonable design measures,the irregularity of the original structure has been reasonably dealt with,and the calculation indexes of the structure could better meet the requirements of the code,indicating that the design was safe,reliable and feasible.
