高层建筑筒体剪力墙优化后结构安全性能研究

摘要 以两个实际工程案例为依托,对高层建筑筒体剪力墙优化设计方案的结构安全性能进行了研究分析,并依据分析结果验证了通过采用筒体剪力墙优化设计方法,可以实现同时满足经济、安全双重指标的合理化结构设计目标。本文首先对选用的工程案例概况进行了简要说明。随后,对筒体剪力墙优化设计方法进行了具体介绍。气候,结合2个工程案例,对优化前后结构方案在罕遇地震作用下的层间位移角结果进行了分析。最后,结合2个工程案例,对优化前后结构方案在罕遇地震作用下的损伤发展趋势和性能状态进行了研究。研究结果表明:合理选用高层建筑筒体剪力墙优化设计方法,综合考虑小震规范控制要求和大震弹塑性控制需求,实际完成的优化设计结构方案依然具备良好的结构安全性能。 Based on two practical engineering cases,this paper studies and analyses the structural safety performance of the optimum design scheme of tube shear wall in high-rise buildings.According to the analysis results,it is verified that by adopting the optimum design method of tube shear wall,the goal of rational structural design can be achieved,which meets both economic and safety targets.Firstly,this paper gives a brief description of the selected engineering cases.Then,the optimum design method of shear wall is introduced in detail.Climate,combined with two engineering cases,the results of the inter-story displacement angle of the optimized structural scheme under rare earthquakes are analyzed.Finally,combined with two engineering cases,the damage development trend and performance state of the optimized structure schemes under rare earthquakes are studied.The results show that the optimum design method of tube shear wall of high-rise building is selected reasonably,and the control requirements of small earthquake code and large earthquake elastic-plastic control are taken into account comprehensively.The actual optimum design scheme still has good structural safety performance.
