摘要
针对楼板局部不连续这一平面不规则结构,工程实践中通常采用两种处理方式:一是在洞口周边设置拉梁或拉板;二是将洞口周边的剪力墙封闭围合。两种处理方式各有利弊,也多有争议。以一个楼板局部不连续的框-剪结构工程实例为研究对象,在原结构模型基础上建立了层层设置拉梁和拉板、隔层设置拉梁和拉板、电梯井道合围剪力墙三种不同的处理措施对比模型,对每种模型进行振型分解反应谱分析和静力弹塑性分析,进而比较不同处理措施对结构抗震性能及局部构件内力的改善效果,研究结果表明两种处理方式均不同程度地改善了结构的抗震性能,但电梯井道合围剪力墙的改善效果要好于洞口周边设置拉梁或拉板的处理方式。
For the floor characterized partial discontinuity on the plane irregular structure,there are always two measures real construction:adding extra beam and slab near the hole;enclosing the shear wall around the hole.Otherwise,either option has its pros and cons,which are controversial.Take the factual frame-shear structure characterized by floor partial discontinuity as the research object,three contrast models were established including model with extra beam and slab near the hole on each floor,model with extra beam and slab near the hole on every two layers,and enclosed shear wall around the hole based on the original structural model.Through response spectrum analysis and nonlinear static analysis,the influence of the different measures on seismic behavior of structures and local internal force was investigated,and the improvement of the two measures was compared.The results show that both of the measures improve the seismic performance of structure characterized by floor partial discontinuity,and the one enclosing the shear wall around the hole is better.
