摘要
钉节点是轻型木结构构件的最基本受力单元。随着加工自动化水平的提升,实际工程中有多种钉钉形式加工墙体及楼板等。选取实际工程中常用的纸排钉、卷钉以及麻花钉,分别测试钉子的抗弯屈服强度以及在木材中的抗拔力,并加工出6种钉节点试件,每组试件6个,共36个钉节点试件进行单调加载试验。对钉子的性能以及钉节点的性能进行比较分析。结果表明:采用麻花钉制作的钉节点承载力最大,卷钉的钉节点次之,纸排钉的钉节点承载力最小;在采用12mm厚的OSB钉节点试件中,钉子的抗拔力值决定了钉节点的承载力值,钉子抗弯屈服强度对钉节点承载能力影响不明显。
Nailed joint is the basic bearing element in light wood frame component.With the development of construction automation,various nailing methods were adopted in construction process to manufacture wall,floor and so on.Bending yield strength and pull-out resistance of paper nail,coil nail and twist nail are tested.6 types nailed joints with twist nail,paper nail and coil nail were made and tested in monotonic loading,and each type has 6 pieces.There is a total of 36 specimens.Through comparative analysis the performance of nails and nailed joints,the results show:the bearing capacity of twist nailed joint is larger than the others;the nail pull-out resistance determine the bearing capacity among the nailed joints adopted 12 mm OSB.The value of bending yield strength of nail doesn’t have a big effect on the bearing capacity of nailed joint.
