摘要
山东某不规则超限工程地上23层,主体结构高度97.95m,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,具有4项一般不规则项,判别为超限工程。首先结合项目结构特点介绍了主要不规则项及其结构对应区域。随后,系统介绍了项目的性能化设计水准及性能化设计目标。同时,对项目超限控制(不规则控制)计算措施和设计措施进行了具体陈述。最后,对项目罕遇地震弹塑性分析结果进行了重点介绍。研究及设计结果表明:通过选用合理的计算措施和设计措施,原结构的不规则性得到有效控制,结构各项计算指标可以较好的满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,结构设计可行。
An irregular and overrun project in Shandong Province with the height of 97.95 m and 23 floors on the ground,adopts the frame-shear wall structure system and has four common irregular terms,which was discriminatd as an overrun project.Firstly,the main irregular items and their corresponding areas according to the characteristics of the structure were introduced.Secondly,the performance design level and its objective were systematically introduced.Meanwhile,the calculation and design measures of overrun control(irregular control)in this project were explained.Finally,the results of elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes were emphatically presented.Researches and design results show that,by using reasonable computational measures and design measures,the irregularity of the original structure has been effectively controlled,and the structural calculation indexes can match the requirements of the standards.The structure is safe,reliable and the structural design is feasible.
