摘要
以数个实际工程为依托,对框架-核心筒结构剪力墙材料用量影响因素进行了案例研究,并依据分析结果整理了通用性质适用结论,可作为常规工程设计参考方法。首先对研究内容及方法进行了具体说明,并对选取的4个工程案例进行了简要介绍。随后,对剪力墙筒体布置方案的影响效果进行了具体分析。其后,对墙肢长度及开洞方案的影响效果进行了案例研究。最后,对连梁高度及连梁长度的影响效果进行了具体评估。研究结果表明:通过在剪力墙筒体布置、墙肢长度与开洞方案设计、连梁高度与长度控制等方面采取具体措施,可以有效提升框架-核心筒结构筒体剪力墙设计成果的经济合理化水平。
Based on several practical projects,case studies on the factors influencing the material consumption of shear wall in frame-core tube structure was carried out,and the applicable conclusions of general properties according to the analysis results were collated,which can be used as a reference method for conventional engineering design.Firstly,the research contents and methods were described in detail,and four selected engineering cases were briefly introduced.Subsequently,the effect of shear wall tube layout was analyzed in detail.Subsequently,a case study was conducted on the wall length and the effect of the opening scheme.Finally,the effect of the height and length of the coupling beam was evaluated in detail.The results show that concrete measures taken in the arrangement of shear wall tube,the design of wall length and opening scheme,and the control of the height and length of coupling beams can effectively improve the economic rationalization level of the design results of frame-core tube structure tube shear wall.
