摘要
岳阳友阿国际商业广场是目前岳阳首座超高层建筑,建筑高度249.9m,地上41层,地下4层,基础埋深约22m。场地第四系覆盖层厚度约11m,基岩为元古界板岩,属极软岩。采用岩基载荷试验、预钻式旁压试验与室内单轴抗压试验对其强度、变形特征进行了综合分析,提出了板岩承载力取值应注意的问题与原则,对同类地区类似岩基承载力与变形参数的确定具有参考价值。
Yueyang Youa International Business Plaza,the highest building under construction in Yueyang city,is 249.9 meters high with structure of 41 ground layers,4 underground layers and an embedded foundation depth of 22 meters.The rock in the building site lies 11 meters below the level is Proterozoic slate which is a kind of soft rock.The strength and deformation characteristics of the slabs were analyzed comprehensively by rock foundation load test,pre-drilling side pressure test and indoor uniaxial compression test.The principles of determining the characteristic value of bearing capacity of this rock was put forward,which is valuable to determine the bearing capacity and deformation parameters of similar rock foundation in the same area.
