天津某机库基桩选型

Selection of foundation piles for an aircraft hangar in Tianjin

摘要 随着时代发展,预应力混凝土桩的应用范围越来越广泛,预应力混凝土基桩技术也有长足进步,但其中预制混凝土空心方桩与管桩关于经济性能与适用性的争论之声此起彼伏。针对此问题,本文根据天津某机库工程基桩设计,从两者的单桩地基承载力、安全性能及经济技术指标等方面进行分析,得出两种桩型在相同的适用条件下,各自的优势及经济性比较。对于本工程,高强预应力方桩与管桩两种桩型均可适用,根据不同部位结构受力特征,采用两种桩型相结合的基础形式,既保证安全可靠性,更加节约成本经济合理,为桩基设计提供思路及方法。 With the development of the times,prestressed concrete piles are more and more widely used,and the technology of prestressed concrete piles has also made considerable progress,but the debate about the economic performance and applicability of precast concrete hollow square piles and pipe piles has been rising and falling.According to the design of foundation piles for a hangar project in Tianjin,this paper analyses the bearing capacity,safety performance and economic index of the two piles,and draws their respective conclusions.For this project,both prestressed concrete square piles and pipe piles could be used.According to the structural characteristics of different parts,the combination of two pile types is adopted,which not only ensures safety and reliability,but also saves cost and is economical and reasonable.Provide ideas and methods for pile foundation design.
