Analysis of internal forces and deformation of large diameter HDPE buried drainage pipe

摘要 以某造船基地为工程背景,利用数值计算和理论分析两种手段,对大直径HDPE埋地排水管道内力和变形进行分析,并对覆土深度及回填材料强度等影响管道内力和变形的参数进行敏感性分析。研究表明:在满足规范要求的情况下,管道是安全的;在一定覆土深度范围内,由于覆土重量及平板车荷载的相互抵消作用,覆土深度对管道内力和变形影响较小;当回填材料质量达不到规范要求时,随着回填材料强度的减小,管道内力及变形均明显增加,危害管道安全。 Taking a shipbuilding base as an engineering background,the internal forces and deformations of large diameter HDPE buried drainage pipes were analyzed by means of numerical calculation and theoretical analysis.Sensitivity parameters such as depth of soil cover and backfill strength,which influence the pipe internal force and deformation,were also analyzed.The results show that the pipeline is safe under the condition of meeting the requirements of the code,and the soil depth has little influence on the internal force and deformation of the pipeline due to the offsetting effect between the weight of soil cover and the load of the flatbed truck.When the quality of the backfill material reaches less than the code requirements,with the reduction of backfill strength,pipe internal forces and deformation are significantly increased,endangering the safety of the pipeline.
