摘要
以一栋高层框架-剪力墙科研办公楼为工程背景,对装配整体式框架-现浇剪力墙结构的设计方法进行了详细论述。结合办公楼的特点,探索采用叠合预应力空心楼板(SPD板)技术,该体系免模、免支撑,取得了良好的综合效益。围绕装配整体式框架-现浇剪力墙结构的PC设计,从预制构件标准化设计、关键构件连接节点设计、预制构件施工过程验算、BIM装配式一体化三维模型设计等几个方面进行了深入探索和研究,相关方法与思路可为类似的结构设计提供参考。
Taking a high-rise frame-shear wall research office building as the engineering background,the design method of the integral frame-in-place shear wall structure was discussed in detail.Based on the characteristics of the office building,the use of composite prestressed hollow floor slabs technology was explored.The system was free of mold and support and achieved good comprehensive benefits.Focusing on the PC design of an integral frame-in-place shear wall structure exploration and research,from the aspects of standardized design of prefabricated components,design of connection nodes of key components,verification of construction process of prefabricated components,and design of integrated 3 D model of BIM assembly were carried out,related methods and ideas can provide reference for similar structural design.
