摘要
EPC管理模式的核心要点在于设计、施工、采购一体化管理,并强调设计在整个建造周期里面的主导地位,整个建造过程中,设计、施工、采购环环相扣,彼此优化从而达到整个项目的优化。BIM技术的核心在于依托以Revit为主的诸多信息化建模软件,创建高精度的建筑信息模型,创建这个模型需要吸纳所有相关的设计、施工及采购信息,然后再以此模型为核心反馈给项目建造者们一个最合理最优化的建造方案。装配式建筑要求极高的设计精度和准确度,以实现工厂化生产、装配式施工,因此在装配式建筑中,BIM技术通过创建高精度设计施工模型,集成设计、采购、施工信息,发挥了重要作用。
The core of EPC management mode lies in the integrated management of design,construction and procurement,and emphasizes the leading role of design in the whole construction cycle.During the whole construction process,design,construction and procurement were closely linked and optimized with each other to achieve the optimization of the whole project.The core of BIM technology lies in the creation of a high-precision building information model by relying on a lot of information modeling software mainly based on Revit.To create this model,all relevant design,construction and procurement information should be absorbed,and then the core of this model should be fed back to the project builders for a most reasonable and optimal construction plan.Assembly building requires extremely high design accuracy and accuracy to achieve factory production and assembly construction.Therefore,BIM technology plays an important role in assembly building by creating high-precision design and construction model and integrating design,procurement and construction information.
