模块化预制钢-混凝土组合框架结构体系研究 被引量:1

Research on structural system modular prefabricated steel-concrete composite frame

摘要 模块化预制钢-混凝土组合框架结构作为一种工业化程度高、可回收率高,并且适用于高层和超高层建筑的装配式结构形式,将是我国建筑工业化发展的重要方向。基于国内外学者对模块化施工技术的研究及应用,分析了目前已成功实施的模块化建筑工程实例,并提出一种适用模块化施工的节点优化技术方案,即节点构造方式既采用圆钢管连接件的连接,又同时采用预应力筋后张连接的混合连接形式,虽然该节点构造相对复杂,施工环节相应增加,但能保证实现等同现浇的强节点性能要求。此外,还详细介绍了在工厂内预制模块化构件及模块单元体组装的技术方案、预制钢-混凝土组合框架结构节点构造关键技术及模块竖向连接技术方案,旨在为我国模块化施工技术及建筑工业化的发展提供借鉴和参考。 As a kind of assembly structure with high degree of industrialization and high recoverability and suitable for high-rise and super high-rise buildings,modular prefabricated steel-concrete composite frame structure will be an important direction for the development of Chinese building industrialization.Based on the research and application of modular construction technology by domestic and foreign scholars,the examples of modular construction projects that have been successfully implemented was analyzed,and a node optimization technology scheme suitable for modular construction was proposed,that is,the node construction method adopts not only the connection of circular steel pipe connectors,but also the hybrid connection of post-tensioned prestressing tendons.Although the structure of the joint is relatively complicated and the construction links are correspondingly increased,the performance requirements of the strong nodes equivalent to the cast-in-place can be guaranteed.In addition,the technical scheme of prefabricated modular components and modular unit body assembly in the factory,the key technology of prefabricated steel-concrete composite frame structure node construction and the vertical connection technology scheme of the module were also introduced,which provides reference for the modular construction technology in China and the development of building industrialization.
