基于振动舒适度的预应力混凝土楼盖跨度分析

摘要 预应力楼盖具有跨度大、构件高度小、挠度小、自重轻等优点,但构件高度减小的同时也带来振动影响的加剧,大跨度楼盖舒适度问题需要引起高度重视。对比分析了国内外各标准关于楼盖舒适度问题的控制指标和限值,给出了预应力混凝土梁、板结构振动基频的近似计算方法,并基于基频限值的方法给出了在常用跨高比下可满足舒适度要求的最大跨度参考值。 Prestressed floor has many advantages,such as large span,small height of members,small deflection and light weight,but the reduction of the height of components also brings about the aggravation of vibration effect.The vibration comfort of large-span floor needs to be paid great attention to.The control indexes and limits of floor vibration comfort in different standards were compared and analyzed.The approximate calculation method of fundamental frequency of vibration of prestressed concrete beams and slabs was given.Based on the fundamental frequency limit method,the reference values of the maximum spans which can meet the comfort requirements were given for the prestressed concrete beams and slabs with common span-depth ratio.
