外墙外保温(后粘贴聚苯板)体系粘贴饰面砖可行性与施工工艺要点

摘要 通过现实中外保温体系或饰面砖脱落的案例分析可知,原材料选择不合格、不合理,会导致系统产生缺陷,引起饰面砖或系统脱落。通过选择耐冻融循环的单组分粘结罩面砂浆、先焊接后镀锌钢丝网、尺寸较小且低吸水率的面砖、透水性良好的勾缝剂可以避免由于材料缺陷而引起的脱落。根据工程实践经验,施工工艺操作也是决定成败的重要环节。 Through the analysis of actual cases of insulation system or facing brick shedding at home and abroad, we can know that the selection of raw materials is not qualified and unreasonable, which will lead to system defects, causing facing brick or system shedding. By choosing the freeze-thaw cycle-resistant one-component bonded surface mortar, first welded and then galvanized steel wire mesh, small size and low water-absorption brick, good water-permeability sealant can avoid the shedding caused by material defects. According to the engineering practice experience, construction technology operation is also an important link to determine success or failure.
