施工现场温拌沥青混合料的路用性能 被引量:1

摘要 为了促进温拌沥青混合料的推广使用,评价温拌沥青混合料的水稳定性与路用性能。选择三个施工现场拌制备的8种不同的沥青混合料(2种不同的拌合方式、3种不同的温拌剂、2种不同的结构层),采用车辙实验,半圆弯曲试验、冻融劈裂实验等研究了不同沥青混合料的高温稳定性能、抗裂性能以及水稳定性等。此外,在生产和施工过程中对温拌沥青混合料(WMA)和热拌沥青混合料(HMA)的性能做比较。结果表明:WMA的高温稳定性并不逊色于HMA,且温拌技术提高了沥青混合料的抗裂性能;WMA的水稳定性近似等同于其中两个实地项目的HMA;在实际生产过程中,WMA均能满足各项现场技术指标检测。 In order to promote the popularization and use of warm mix asphalt, the water stability and road performance of warm mix asphalt are evaluated. Three different types of asphalt mixtures(two different mixing methods, three different temperature mixing agents, and two different structural layers) were prepared and mixed in three construction sites. Rutting experiments, semicircular bending tests, and freezing and thawing were used. The splitting experiment and so on studied the high temperature stability performance, crack resistance and water stability of different asphalt mixtures. In addition, the properties of warm mix asphalt(WMA)and hot mix asphalt(HMA) were compared during production and construction. The results show that the high-temperature stability of WMA is not inferior to that of HMA, and the temperature-mixing technology improves the crack resistance of asphalt mixture;the water stability of WMA is approximately equal to the two field projects of HMA;in the actual production process, WMA can meet the detection of various field technical indicators.
