陇东地区煤矸石细骨料混凝土的工程性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过采取陇东地区天然煤矸石,粉碎过筛后代替部分或者全部混凝土作细骨料制成煤矸石混凝土,然后和商品混凝土的对比分析,对煤矸石混凝土的工程性能进行研究,研究结果表明:1)当煤矸石的掺和率小于30%时,煤矸石混凝土的抗压强度高于同等级商品混凝土的抗压强度,当煤矸石的掺和率大于30%时,煤矸石混凝土的抗压强度逐渐小于同等级商品混凝土的抗压强度;2)混凝土强度等级越高,煤矸石混凝土的耐久性越好;3)在控制一定掺和率的情况下,煤矸石可以作为混凝土的骨料应用,这将为煤矸石的回收利用提供一种新的途径,对于陇东地区矿区的环境保护具有重要的现实意义。 In this paper, gangue concrete is made from natural gangue in Longdong area, which is crushed and screened to replace part or all of concrete as fine aggregate, and then compared with commercial concrete, the engineering performance of gangue concrete is studied. The results show that: 1) when the gangue content is less than 30%, the compressive strength of gangue concrete is higher than that of commercial concrete of the same grade. When the mixing ratio of coal gangue is more than 30%, the compressive strength of coal gangue concrete is gradually lower than that of commercial concrete of the same grade;2) the higher the strength of concrete, the better the durability of coal gangue concrete;3) under the control of a certain mixing ratio, coal gangue can be used as aggregate of concrete, which will be used for the recovery and utilization of coal gangue. Providing a new way has important practical significance for environmental protection of Longdong mining area.
