摘要
以三乙醇胺、硫酸锂、乙二醇及铵明矾为原材料,在45℃加热溶解生成一种用于液体无碱速凝剂的复合型早强剂。通过正交实验发现,四种早强剂在复合型早强剂中的最优占比为:三乙醇胺0.4%,铵明矾4%,乙二醇0.3%及硫酸锂3%。该复合早强剂用于液体无碱速凝剂后,不仅能极大地缩短速凝剂的凝结时间,还能明显提高液体无碱速凝剂1d砂浆抗压强度及28d抗压强度比,具有较高的工程应用价值。
With the use of triethanolamine,lithium sulfate,ethylene glycol and ammonium alum,after heated and dissolved at 45℃,a composite early strength agent for liquid alkali-free accelerator was synthesized.Through orthogonal experiments,it was found that the optimal proportion of the four early strength agents in this composite early strength agent was:triethanolamine 0.4%,lithium sulfate 4%,ethylene glycol 0.3%and ammonium alum 3%.This composite early strength agent used in the liquid alkali-free accelerator not only can greatly shorten the setting time of the alkali-free accelerator,but also can obviously improve the 1 d compressive strength of the liquid alkali-free accelerator and the 28 d compressive strength ratio.It is high valuable to engineering application.
