建筑施工中防水防渗施工技术分析

防水防渗作为建筑施工中直接关系工程质量的重点技术,一直受到业内的广泛关注。居民对建筑物渗漏问题也高度重视,因为渗漏不仅影响建筑物本身的质量和美观,还对居民的日常生活产生直接影响。本文从建筑施工中的渗漏原因入手,分析了如何更高效地应用防水防渗技术,将渗透质量控制在最理想状态;同时,从管理的角度给建筑施工中防水防渗工作提出可行性意见和建议,为解决建筑工程的渗漏问题提供有益指导。

Waterproof and seepage control,as a key technology directly related to the quality of construction,has been widely concerned by the industry.Residents also attach great importance to the problem of building leakage,because leakage will not only affect the quality and beauty of the building itself,but also have a direct impact on residents’daily life.Starting from the causes of leakage in construction,this paper analyses how to apply waterproof and anti-seepage technology more efficiently,and how to control the quality in the most ideal state.At the same time,from the point of view of management,this paper puts forward feasible opinions and suggestions for waterproofing and seepage prevention in construction,and provides useful guidance for solving the seepage problems in construction projects.
