摘要
深圳市南山医院改扩建工程高精砌块施工案例以高质量的管控实现了免抹灰工艺,并缩短了工期。控制高精砌块的损耗率,提高砌体施工的效益,实现技术创效,是把控的关键点。因此,引用BIM排砖技术,准确建立砌体墙排砖构造3D模型,直观反映砌体砖与过梁、圈梁、构造柱之间的位置关系、连接方式,可提高一次施工成型率,降低材料损耗,提高质量,减少返工。
In the construction case of high-precision block of the reconstruction and expansion project of Nanshan Hospital in Shenzhen,the plastering-free process is realized with high-quality management and control,and the construction period is shortened.The keypoint of control is to control the loss rate of high-precision blocks,improve the efficiency of masonry construction and achieve technical efficiency.Therefore,BIM technology is used to accurately establish the 3D model of masonry wall and row brick structure,which directly ref lects the position relationship and connection mode between masonry brick and beams,ring beams and structural columns.And this can increase the forming rate of primary construction,reduce material loss,improve quality and reduce rework.
