摘要
为了研究硫酸晶须对沥青技术性质的影响,在基质沥青中掺入不同比例的硫酸钙晶须,采用机械搅拌法制备硫酸钙晶须改性沥青。采用灰关联分析法分析沥青技术性质指标与硫酸钙晶须质量分数之间的关系,得出硫酸钙晶须含量对沥青15℃针入度、25℃针入度、30℃针入度、软化点及15℃延度等指标的影响程度,结果表明:硫酸钙晶须含量和沥青技术性质指标之间存在相关性,其中,硫酸钙晶须含量对沥青15℃延度影响最为显著,关联度为0.6209,对软化点的影响最小,关联度为0.5266。
In order to study the influence of sulfuric acid whisker on the technical properties of asphalt,calcium sulfate whisker modified asphalt was prepared by mechanical stirring with different proportion of calcium sulfate whisker in base asphalt.The relationship between the technical properties of asphalt and the mass fraction of calcium sulfate whisker was analyzed by grey relational analysis.The effects of calcium sulfate whisker content on the penetration of asphalt at 15℃,25℃,30℃,softening point and ductility at 15℃,etc.The results showed that the content and leaching of calcium sulfate whisker were different.Among them,the content of calcium sulfate whisker has the most significant effect on the ductility of asphalt at 15℃,with correlation degree 0.6209,and the the smallest on softening point,with correlation degree 0.5266.
