摘要
将自主研发的沥青再生剂B及国外生产的沥青再生剂A分别加入沥青路面回收料(RAP)掺量为30%的再生沥青混合料中,A和B的掺量均为5%。为了评价两种再生剂对再生沥青混合料性能的影响,本文对比了新拌沥青混合料、5%再生剂A和5%再生剂B再生沥青混合料、无再生剂的再生沥青混合料的水稳定性、高温性能和低温性能及动态模量,结果表明:掺加5%再生剂的再生沥青混合料均较未加再生剂的再生沥青混合料,浸水残留稳定度和冻融劈裂强度比增加、动稳定度减小、低温破坏应变增加,水稳定性、高温性能、低温性能均向新拌沥青混合料恢复,且再生剂B的再生效果优于再生剂A。
A kind of asphalt regenerating agent B developed independently was added with a kind of asphalt regenerating agent A produced abroad to the recycled asphalt mixture with a content of 30%of the asphalt pavement recovery material(RAP).The regenerating agent A and B were both 5%.In order to evaluate the effects of two regenerating agents on the performance of the recycled asphalt mixture,the water stability,high temperature properties and low temperature properties and dynamic modulus of newly mixed asphalt mixture,5%regenerating agent A and B regenerating asphalt mixture,and regenerating asphalt mixture without regenerating agent were compared.The results showed that the two types of recycled asphalt mixture with 5%of regenerating agent were better than those without regenerating agent.The stability of water immersion residue and freeze-thaw cracking strength ratio increased,the dynamic stability decreased,and the low temperature destruction strain increased.The water stability,high temperature performance and low temperature performance are all restored to the newly mixed asphalt mixture,and the regenerative effect of regenerating agent B is better than that of regenerating agent A.
