摘要
我国综合管廊目前主要用于城市市政建设,而城市的住宅区、校区、厂区等小型区域内综合管廊应用较少,市政综合管廊与小型区域综合管廊建设不同步,导致综合管廊功能不能得到充分的发挥。文章在综合管廊分类的基础上,提出预制装配式再生混凝土小型综合管廊的概念;针对小型综合管廊产业化,文章阐述了产业化面临的政策环境、资源供给和市场需求,重点对产业化具备的技术条件和环境影响进行充分的论证;最后提出预制装配式再生混凝土小型综合管廊产业化是符合国家政策支持方向,具有产业化的资源和市场条件,在经济和技术上是可行的。
At present,comprehensive pipe corridors in China are mainly used in urban municipal construction,but they are seldom used in small areas such as residential areas,campus and factory areas.The construction of comprehensive pipe corridors in municipal areas is not synchronized with that in small areas,which results in the function of comprehensive pipe corridors can not be fully developed.Based on the classification of comprehensive corridors,this paper puts forward the concept of small prefabricated recycled concrete comprehensive corridors.In view of the industrialization of small comprehensive corridors,the paper expounds the policy environment,resource supply and market demand faced by industrialization,and focuses on the full demonstration of the technical conditions and environmental impact of industrialization.Finally,it is pointed out that the industrialization of prefabricated recycled concrete small-scale comprehensive pipe corridor is in line with the direction of national policy support,with industrialized resources and market conditions,and is economically and technically feasible.
