摘要
根据国外海洋战略发展对海洋调查船发展思路进行归纳总结,并重点对国外海洋调查船的技术特征和管理模式进行研究分析。着重结合我国海洋调查船发展水平以及发展需求,从国家统筹规划、新装备发展重点等方面提出相关建议。
This paper summarized the developing route of foreign research vessel,which is based on the strategic development of foreign marine.And focus on analyzing the technical features and management model of foreign research vessel.Combined with the development level and needs of our research vessel,give recommendations on the national overall plan and the development of new equipment.
