摘要 本文采用全结构化网格对螺旋桨进行网格划分,基于Fluent进行计算,首先用RNG k-ε湍流模型计算初始流场,待流场稳定后,再使用LES湍流模型计算。对DTMB4381螺旋桨非定常水动力性能进行数值预报,分析螺旋桨周围流场的特性,并将计算结果与模型试验结果对比,验证方法的准确性。 In recent years,with the high speed and large-scale development of modern ship,the demand for propeller load capacity has become higher and higher. Predicting its hydrodynamic performance is an important task to the propeller designers. With the development of CFD and computer technology,numerical simulation becomes an important prediction method of propeller performance. This study uses structure grid method to mesh the propeller,and based on CFD,firstly RNGk- ε model is used to get a steady flow field, then LES turbulence method is applied. Numerical simulation on the unsteady hydrodynamics of DTMB4381 propeller performance is predicted. Then the flow field characteristics around the propeller is analyzed. The results agrees well with the model test data. It is an accuracy method to aid propeller designing.
