摘要
本文对一种浮筒式防波堤安装过程中的翻身方案进行研究,通过使用Maxsurf软件建模导入Hydromax进行数值模拟计算,来验证优选方案的可行性,再通过制作缩尺模型进行模型实验,将实验结果与数值模拟计算结果进行比较,并针对研究过程中发现的问题提出解决方案,对实际工程应用提出指导性建议。浮式防波堤是用拖航的方式运输至工作海域,为了减小拖航阻力,拖航中防浪网部分会置于水面以上,因此拖船将防波堤拖至工作海域后,在定位锚泊之前,需对防波堤进行翻身。为了控制成本,在安装过程中不考虑使用浮吊等大型起重设备,通过向单个浮筒中注水,使防波堤结构失稳倾覆,再通过拖拽、抽水的操作完成翻身。使用该方案,一方面节约了安装成本,另一方面也提高了浮式防波堤安装过程中的安全性。
This paper researches on a project for rolling over of a floating breakwater. Carry out the calculation of numerical simulation in the help of Maxsurf and Hydromax. Through the calculation of numerical simulation firstly verify the feasibility of this project. Furtherly experiment with scale model to compare the results with former calculation results. Raise concerns and suggestions during research for reference of actual operation. The floating breakwaters are towing to the working area. Mesh part of the breakwater stays out of the water to avoid extra resistance. Therefore it needs to be rolled over to proceed following assembling work. Avoid using large floating crane in order to controlling cost. This project rolls over the floating breakwater through pumping water into single buoy then pumping the water out. On one hand this project controls the cost. On the other it assures the safety of floating breakwaters during operations.
