摘要
简述国内外千瓦级连续激光为能量源的表面淬火、表面熔覆、表面熔凝和表面合金化等激光表面强化技术在强化机理、工艺参数、热力学规律、温度场分析仿真、强化缺陷成因及预防等方面的研究现状和局限性;介绍激光表面强化技术在典型船用柴油机关键零件制造领域的应用实例;分析激光表面强化技术在国内外制造业中的应用及分布特征;根据激光表面强化技术的研究现状和局限性,结合船用柴油机关键零件的特点,提出船用柴油机关键零件激光表面强化技术的研究建议及关键零件制造业激光表面强化技术的发展策略;以部分关键零件为对象,指出其工作部位激光表面强化技术的应用方法。以期为激光表面强化技术在船用柴油机关键零件制造领域的研究深化和应用推广提供指导。
In this paper, the research status and limitations of laser surface hardening with continuous KW class laser generator on hardening mechanism, thermodynamic rules, processing parameters,thermal field analysis and simulation, defect reason and prevention etc. are outlined.Application cases of typical Components Laser Surface Hardening are illustrated. The application and distribution status of laser surface modification for critical components of marine diesel engine at home and abroad are analyzed. According to study status and limitations,combined with the characteristics of marine diesel engine critical components,study advices and development strategy for enterprises of laser surface hardening are given,aimed at research deepening and application expanding. Taking several critical components as the object,application methods of laser surface hardening are indicated.
