纯数字船用充电电源控制系统

摘要 船舶电力系统是船舶主要的动力系统,对于保障船舶稳定运行起着重要的作用。为充分保障船舶的运行安全,一般船舶都会配备容量充足的蓄电池电源作为应急备用电源,充电电源控制系统是备用电源的核心控制系统,对于实现高效、安全充电,延长蓄电池使用寿命起着重要作用。本文采用单片机作为主控芯片设计一种充电电源控制系统,采用先进的PWM控制技术,灵活的调节充电方式,克服了传统充电方式的缺点,不仅有效保证充电过程的安全可靠,还实现较高的充电效率。 The electric power system is the main power system of the ships,which plays an important role in ensuring the stability of the ship. In order to fully protect the safety of the ship,the ship will be equipped with a sufficient capacity of battery power as an emergency backup power generally,the charging supply control system is the core control system of standby power supply,plays an important role for the realization of efficient and safe charging,and prolong the service life of the battery. In this paper,design a charging power supply control system with single chip microcomputer as the main control chip. This paper adopted the advanced PWM control technology adjust the charging method flexibly, overcame the shortcomings of the traditional charging method and also achieved higher charging efficiency.
