船舶薄壁结构噪声优化研究

摘要 为减少船舶薄壁结构噪声强度,以某船舶薄壁连接结构为研究对象,基于有限单元法建立薄壁结构噪声有限元模型。将薄壁结构自适应加筋理论与噪声有限元模型相结合,基于matlab软件对薄壁结构噪声模型进行遗传优化。计算结果表明,该方法能够有效减少结构噪声,并且优化得出的结构外形简单易于加工制造。 In order to reduce the noise intensity of the ship' s thin wall structure,this paper takes a ship's thin wall connection structure as the research object,and based on the finite element method,the finite element model of the thin-walled structure is established. In this paper,the structure of thin walled structure is combined with the finite element model. The genetic optimization of the thin wall structure noise model was then carried out based on MATLAB software. Computational results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the structural noise,and the structure is simple and easy to manufacture.
