摘要
船舶柴油机是保证船舶正常航行的关键,研发可靠的通信船用柴油机通信系统对于实时监控船舶的运动,保证船舶的航行安全和降低经济风险是非常必要的。CAN总线能够进行分布式控制,并且实时监控串行通信网络,具有可靠性高、抗扰能力强且纠错能力强等特点,因此本文在分析了CAN总线的特点后,研究了CAN总线的帧结构,并且调研相关的CAN总线的应用层协议,设计基于CAN中心的船用柴油机通信系统,对系统中各个子模块的通信要求进行分析。
Marine diesel engine is the key to ensure the ship' s normal navigation. Develop reliable communication system for marine diesel engine communication real-time monitoring movement of the ship to ensure the safety of navigation of the ship and reduce economic risk is very necessary. CAN bus can be distributed control and real-time monitoring of serial communication network. It has high reliability,strong anti-interference ability and strong error correction capability and other characteristics. So after analyzing the characteristics of the residual bus,study on the CAN bus frame structure and research related CAN bus application layer protocol. Design communication system for marine diesel engines based on CAN bus.Finally,the system communication requirements of each individual sub-modules were analyzed.
