海上一体化信息管理系统研究

Research on marine integrated information management system

随着海上运行船舶数量的急剧增加,用于海上安全航行的各种设备也应运而生,如船舶避碰撞系统、海上救援系统、目标跟踪系统等,这些设备由于不同的部门设计制造,具有设备不兼容、信息管理不方便等缺点,所以需要一个一体化信息管理系统对这些设备进行综合调度管理。本文在研究海上交通管理现状及海上一体化信息管理平台总体架构的基础上,对信息管理平台中的关键技术进行研究,提出智能化的信息管理系统流程,并给出实现方式。

With the rapid increase in the number of ships running on the sea,all kinds of equipment used on ships for safty are increased quickly,such as the collision avoidance system,maritime rescue system,target tracking system and so on. These devices are designed and manufactured by different departments,information management is not convenient. This paper analysis the current situation of marine traffic and architecture of marine integrated information management system,research the key technology in information management platform,propose intelligent information management system,and gives the realization way.
