摘要 首先构建海洋环境可视化云架构平台,规定利用云平台进行数据上传和存储时的数据格式,并指出在进行云计算时Hadoop中各个参数的设置。对海洋数据信息可视化处理中的基于LIC算法的流场可视化进行分析,最后进行性能测试。测试结果表明:利用基于GPU的Hadoop云计算处理海量数据时加速比是CPU的20多倍,大大提高了计算速率。 This paper constructed the marine environment visualization cloud platform,set the use of cloud platform for data uploading and storing the data format,and pointed out that in setting parameters of Hadoop in cloud computing. The marine data visualization of flow visualization based on LIC algorithm were analyzed in detail. Finally,the performance of test. The test result showed that using GPU Hadoop based on cloud computing to accelerate the processing of massive data was 20 times than CPU,which greatly improvesd the calculation speed.
