船舶姿态检测系统故障检测方法研究

摘要 在船舶自动化控制系统中,船舶的定位与姿态控制一直都是非常重要的组成部分。为满足上述要求,船舶动力定位与姿态控制系统应运而生,系统内部集成了GPS位置监测模块和基于传感器网络的船舶姿态控制与调整模块,这对船舶的安全航行至关重要。但其监控网络复杂,海上的工作环境也异常恶劣,易受到各种因素的干扰,从而造成故障。本文针对船舶姿态监控系统设计故障锁定和排除算法,仿真结果表明本算法能够较好的实现故障检测与预警,具有较大的实用价值。 Ship automation control system,the ship's location and attitude control has always been a very important part. To meet the above requirements,the ship dynamic positioning and attitude control system came into being,the internal system integrates GPS location- based sensor network monitoring module and attitude control of the ship and adjustment module,security is paramount in their sailing ships.But its complex network monitoring,maritime work environment is also extremely poor,vulnerable to interference by various factors,resulting in failure. In this paper,the design of the vessel attitude control system and locking fault elimination algorithm,simulation results show that the algorithm can achieve better fault detection and early warning,has great practical value.
