摘要
首先介绍人工神经网络的原理,并且阐述神经网络进行故障诊断的优点;其次描述了利用人工神经网络进行船舶引擎冷却水故障诊断的流程:数据预处理;设计故障诊断系统的训练集合测试集以及诊断系统中输入量和输出量。最后通过实验仿真说明了人工神经网络能够较好的识别故障以及产生故障的原因。
Firstly,this paper introduces the principle of artificial neural network. And describe the advantages of neural network to fault diagnosis. Secondly,it described the flow of troubleshooting ship engine cooling water using of artificial neural network. Including: data preprocessing; design fault diagnosis system test set and the training set diagnostic system input and output volume. Finally, simulation experiments illustrated the ability to better identify problems and caused of failure of artificial nerve networks.
