摘要
为寻找新的能源及提高能源的利用率,本文结合渔船主机排气余热的特点,设计一套制冷机组回收系统。针对回收利用系统的重要部件如蒸发器等进行改进,制作出一套能够制取流化冰的实验方案,并对柴油机与制冷机组匹配进行探究。最后通过实验探究,考虑不同因素下对制冰量的影响,总结出高效利用尾气制冰的规律。
In order to find new sources of energy and improve energy efficiency,this paper combined the fishing's characteristics of the exhaust heat,designed a set of refrigeration unit recovery system,and focused on the important part of recycling system is improved,such as evaporator can produce a set of slurry ice making experiment scheme,and the diesel engine matching with refrigeration units are explored. Finally,through the experiment under the different factors on the influence of the amount of ice,summarizes the law of high efficient ice making.
