船舶控制舵截面有限元模型及其轻量化设计

摘要 以某船舶控制舵结构为研究对象,采用有限元法建立有限元模型,并结合拓扑优化理论对其进行轻量化设计,得到控制舵结构的最优化设计。研究表明:控制舵截面边缘处网格仍然被保留,中间材料被镂空,轮廓截面较为清晰,结构质量显著减少,同时具有较好的工艺性。 Taking a ship rudder control structure as the research object,the finite element model is established by using the finite method,and combining the theory of topology,the optimization for its lightweight design is then carried out,and obtained the optimal design of the controlled rudder structure.Research shows that: the grid of the rudder section edge is still retain and material in the middle hollow is finally removed,the profile section is relatively clear,the structure mass is significantly reduced. At the same time,the optimal design has good manufacturability.
