利用模糊集理论对于船舶的安全性进行综合评价研究,通过隶属度函数将船舶安全性分析的多种复杂模型信息定量化研究,采集关于船舶安全性的多种信息进行分析评价。根据采集到的多方面综合信息,通过隶属度函数的确定进行定量分析评价。从评价结果可看出,本文提出的基于模糊理论的多层次船舶安全性评价模型具有实际使用价值和较高的准确性。
