摘要
考虑船舶推进电机铁损的等值电路模型,首先运用数值计算的方法,计算出船舶推进电机在不同的负载以及不同的转速下所对应的最佳运行效率。然后对基于传统矢量变频的船舶控制方法进行相应改进,使推进电机能够在运行过程中始终保持最小的能量损耗,分析改进后控制方法的适用范围。最后将改进后的控制方法应用于船舶推进电机系统中并进行仿真研究,结果表明优化后的控制方法不仅具有提高船舶推进电机运行效率的优点,还具有改善船舶推进电机动态响应性能的优点。
In this paper,equivalent circuit model of ship propulsion motor iron loss is considered,first the method of numerical calculation is applied,the corresponding optimal efficiency under different load and different speed of ship propulsion motor is calculated. Then,based on traditional vector frequency conversion control method of the ship was improved,which enable propulsion motor in the process of running always maintain minimum energy loss; and this paper also analyzes the scope of the improved control method. Finally the method of the improved control system applied in ship propulsion motor,and the simulation research is conducted,the results show that the optimized control method not only possesses the advantages of improving the efficiency of the ship propulsion motor,also has the advantages of improving dynamic response performance of ship propulsion motor.
