摘要
在船舶航运业,涡轮发电机系统一直都是整个船舶能源系统的重要组成部分,而其产生的废热往往包含了大量热能,通过设计废热回收系统,可以对这部分能源进行有效的利用。本文从有机朗肯循环的角度对船舶废热系统进行了热力学分析,并建立循环工质的温度平衡方程;结合单片机和自动PID控制理论,设计一种高效的涡轮发电机废热回收系统。
Due to the increasing depletion of fossil fuels around the world,people really demand for energy is growing,so that only the rational use of energy,high energy conversion efficiency has become the consensus of many industrial sectors. The ship shipping industry,turbine generator system has always been an important part of the whole energy system of the ship,and the waste heat it generates often contain a lot of heat,through the design of the waste heat recovery system,this part of the energy can be effectively utilized. From the perspective of the organic Rankine cycle waste heat systems for ship thermodynamic analysis and the establishment of a working fluid circulating temperature equilibrium equation; single-chip combination and automatic PID control theory,design an efficient turbine generator waste heat recovery system.
