摘要
船用柴油机作为船舶航行中的动力源,具有非常重要的作用。但柴油机在运行过程中的运行状态及故障发生都对船舶的正常运行影响很大。本文通过研究灰色数据挖掘的特点,结合船舶柴油机的结构与故障特性,研究出一种基于灰色数据挖掘的故障诊断方式,通过对灰色关联算法在计算机上进行编程仿真,检验这种方法对船舶柴油机的故障诊断具有较好的诊断结果,对船舶柴油机的正常航行具有一定的意义。
Marine diesel engine as a power source in the navigation of the ship,plays an important role in the voyage. But the diesel engine running status and fault occurs during operation have a great impact on the normal operation of the vessel. By studying the gray data mining features,combined with the structural characteristics of marine diesel engine failure,developed a fault diagnosis based on the way the gray data mining, through gray correlation algorithm simulation program on your computer, test this approach the ship fault diagnosis of diesel has better diagnosis,it has a certain significance for the normal navigation of the ship diesel engine.
