摘要
随着海洋网络复杂度及对船舶节能性要求的提高,对船舶航行速度的控制要求也越来越精确。目前的航速调节主要是基于经验,不能够最大限度地提高航行效率和降低能源消耗。因此为了获得船舶行驶的最优速度,本文将动态规划算法和模糊算法应用于船舶,通过对船舶航行建立动力模型,然后使用优化的算法模型进行处理,获取船舶航速最优调度方法,使得船舶在有效航程中油耗最少。
Nowadays,with the increase of complexity in oceanic network and the requirements on energy saving performance over shipment,the control over the ship navigation speed has been more accurate. The current approach for speed adjustment is mostly based on experience,hence cannot at most improve navigation efficiency and decrease the energy consumption. In order obtain the optimal speed,this paper applies dynamic programming algorithm and fuzzy algorithm on shipment and build the dynamic model for shipment. It uses the optimization algorithm to schedule the model and reduce the fuel consumption during the voyage.
