摘要
内河航道以及港口运输在经济发展中的作用越来越凸显,然而随着国际原油价格的不断上涨,船舶的航运成本越来越高,已经严重限制了航运的发展,连同阻碍了个别需要船运的行业的发展。由统计调查可知,降低船运成本的有效方式是减少单位千米的燃油量。在其他条件一定的情形下,主机转速跟单位千米燃油量成线性关系。因此,根据船舶运行状态,通过智能装置动态调节主机的转速是降低单位公里燃油量的有效手段,并且可以寻求某些状态下的最低转速值。
Inland waterways and ports in the economic development is becoming more and more prominent. However,with the rising international crude oil prices,the shipping cost is getting higher and higher and has severely limited the development of shipping,together with hindered the development of the individual needs of shipping industry. According to the statistical survey,the effective way to reduce the shipping cost is to reduce the fuel consumption per kilometer. Under certain conditions,the engine speed is linear with the unit kilometer fuel oil. Therefore,according to the operation state of the ship,the speed of the engine is adjusted dynamically by the intelligent device,which is an effective means to reduce the amount of fuel per kilometer.
