摘要
抗腐蚀性对于船用材料而言具有重要意义。由铝合金构成的舰船材料很容易遭到海水腐蚀,为解决此类问题,对铝合金材料表面进行转化膜涂覆。本文以正硅酸乙酯为原料,乙醇和水为反应物,采用溶胶凝胶法制备得到铝合金表面的纳米级转化膜,并对甲酰胺在溶胶凝胶过程中的作用进行研究,同时对涂覆二氧化硅纳米转化膜的铝合金片进行盐雾实验,从而得到溶胶凝胶法制备得到的纳米二氧化硅转化膜对船用铝合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。
Corrosion resistance is of great significance for marine materials. The material which is made of aluminum alloy which is easy to be corroded by sea water. In order to solve this kind of problem,we have carried on the conversion coating on the surface of aluminum alloy material. This paper sets ethyl silicate as raw material,ethanol and water as the reactants,the sol-gel method is used to prepare the nanoscale conversion film on aluminum alloy surface and effect of formamide in the sol-gel process were studied,also the salt spray test were occur aluminum alloy which was coating with the nanoscale conversion film,so as to obtain the result of corrosion resistance through sol-gel method when adding nano-coatings.
