摘要
船舶电力系统负责为整艘船舶提供航行动力,以及通信、控制等其他航行保障设备、机械控制设备、助航设备等提供基本运行的电力,是舰船结构中最为重要的部分。通常情况下,船舶电力系统由发电机、船舶内电网、各种强弱电设备等组成,每一个部分发生故障,都将直接影响到整个船舶电力系统的正常运作,因此,在电力系统发生故障时,及时对故障进行分析,并采取必要的措施,显得尤为重要。本文提出一种采用模糊综合评价系统的船舶电力保障装置,通过层次化的船舶电力系统故障分析模型和基于模糊分析的故障评价和决策系统,该装置能够快速定位船舶电力系统中存在的故障,并能够根据预先制定的反应规则,进行快速故障排除,保证船舶航行的安全。
Ship power system is responsible for providing power for the whole ship navigation,communication,and control and other navigational support equipment,mechanical control equipment,navigational equipment to provide basic power,is the most important part of ship structure. Normally,the ship power system consists of generator,ship power grid,all kinds of electrical equipment and other components,each part of the failures,will directly affect the normal operation of the ship power system so the fault of an electric power system,timely analyze the fault,and take the necessary measures to it is particularly important. This paper presents a ship power protection device using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system,fault analysis model of ship power system through the hierarchical fuzzy evaluation,and fault analysis and decision system based on the device can quickly locate faults in the ship power system,and according to the rules of the reaction,the rapid fault exclude,ensure the safety of navigation.
